Hi, I’m Kavitha, mother of two, self-taught soap maker, commerce graduate, and a person whose been bitten by the bug of expressing myself through creation.

My soap making journey began by reading an array of books, blogs and YouTube. Initially, I cleared some space in my home to make soaps for my family and friends. The response was a HIT from the get-go, they loved the aromas and the level of moisturisation.

To further improve my skill, I started attending soap making workshops from time to time, and as I got better, it only made sense to convert my art room into a fully equipped artisanal soap studio.

I work part time in my family’s business and love spending time with my kids, family and friends or simply walking around in my beautiful town, Pondicherry.

My kids admire the art of soap making, and enjoy using the soaps we make together (they help cut the soaps to size). The very bug that bit me as a child, seems to be slowly working its way into my children. Soap making seems to be a never-ending learning process for life.

I take pride in sharing my journey as a certified professional in the realm of Advanced Organic Formulation and Advanced Cosmetic Science. My expertise has been honed through rigorous training at the esteemed Institute of Personal care science, Australia. where I acquired comprehensive knowledge and skills in the intricate art and science of formulating advanced organic products and delving into the nuances of cosmetic science.
